Resident packages are delivered to the Luxer One package locker system. Once a package is received, residents are provided with a unique access code that can be used to securely retrieve their delivery at their convenience.

Still Waters participates in a master liability coverage program that all residents are automatically enrolled in. We also encourage residents to obtain personal content coverage from a provider of your choosing. 

Still Waters is located within the Austin Independent School District (Austin ISD). Based on current zoning information, residents are served by Blazier Elementary School, Paredes Middle School, and Crockett High School. School attendance boundaries are subject to change by the district, so prospective residents are encouraged to verify zoning directly with Austin ISD for the most current information.

Residents must make three (3) times the monthly rental amount. Guarantors must make five (5) times the monthly rental amount. 

Yes, the property runs both a credit and criminal background check. A copy of the General Rental Requirements can be obtained from the leasing staff. 

In addition to a completed Rental Application and signed General Rental Requirements, applicants must provide a government issued Photo ID & Proof of Income.

If all required documentation is provided upon applying, then it typically takes 72 hours.

Yes, guarantors are accepted in certain circumstances.
